ببساطة… من الطلب إلى الدفع في منصة واحدة

ضمن مبادرات التحول الرقمي، تعتزم جامعة الملك سعود اعتماد وإطلاق منصة المشتريات الإلكترونية SAP Ariba، كمنصة عالمية موحدة لإدارة عمليات المشتريات، وذلك ضمن النظام المالي والإداري (رصين).

وتهدف المنصة إلى أتمتة إجراءات المشتريات وتعزيز الكفاءة والشفافية في التعامل مع الموردين، بما يسهم في تحسين تجربة التواصل بين المورد والجامعة، وتسريع الإجراءات وتحقيق الحوكمة المالية.

وسيتم اعتماد منصة SAP Ariba كقناة رسمية لتنفيذ جميع تعاملات المشتريات إلكترونيًا، بما يشمل أوامر الشراء والفوترة والمتابعة المالية، وذلك ضمن إطار التحول الرقمي الذي تشهده الجامعة.

وتؤكد الجامعة أن التعاملات الورقية لن تكون معتمدة ضمن إجراءات المشتريات بعد إطلاق المنصة، حيث ستتم جميع العمليات عبر المنصة الإلكترونية.

Simply… From Request to Payment on One Platform

As part of its digital transformation initiatives, King Saud University plans to adopt and launch the SAP Ariba electronic procurement platform as a unified global solution for managing procurement operations, integrated within the university’s financial and administrative system (Rasseen)
 

The platform aims to automate procurement procedures and enhance efficiency and transparency in supplier engagement, contributing to improved user experience, faster processing, and strengthened financial governance
 

SAP Ariba will be adopted as the official channel for executing all procurement transactions electronically, including purchase orders, invoicing, and financial follow-up, in line with the university’s ongoing digital transformation efforts
 

The university confirms that paper-based procurement transactions will no longer be accepted after the platform 

launch, as all processes will be conducted through the electronic platform
